The Brawlers swept aside all challengers in the compressed league campaign this year to record their 5th consecutive SU League title. Despite finishing the season undefeated they scraped through a few matches with narrow wins over the Cubs and Smokin’ Aces.
The Cubs took 2nd place, holding off a resurgent Aces team who pushed them all the way to the final match
The Sliders will be disappointed with 4th place, although can take some satisfaction in beating the Cubs in their final match.
The Bucs had a difficult season, integrating a lot of new players into the team, but they’ll see the benefits of that next season with the experience they received this year.
