The Softball Ulster Annual General Meeting is scheduled for 26 November and will be held in person at 7 p.m. at The Doyen in Belfast.
All SU members are invited and welcome to attend. Quorum rules agreed on at last year’s AGM will be implemented for this meeting; the new rules give each team one single vote at the AGM. At least half the league’s teams must be represented at the AGM for a quorum to be achieved.
An agenda has been distributed to the SU membership: of special note are the open positions on the council that will be voted on at the AGM. The following positions will be voted on at the AGM:
Council Positions (2-year term)
- Media Officer
- Representative to the Softball Ireland board
- Representative to the Softball Ireland AGM
- Auditor for 2023 season accounts
