The Softball Ulster Council would like to congratulate Jonny Craven (2020 Umpire of the Year) on his successful appointment as Softball Ulster Chief Umpire following a vote at the 19th January Council Meeting. Jonny has agreed to join the Softball Ulster Council and take on the responsibility of recruiting, training and scheduling umpires during the 2021 season. No doubt Jonny’s connections from his time playing on the Smokin’ Aces, Belfast Angels and Belfast Sliders will help him in this new role.
Information on the 2021 Umpires Training Course will be shared on the SU website and social media channels in the coming months.
