The 2019 Co-ed European Slow Pitch Championship will be held in Budapest on the 15-20th of July. The Ireland Head Coach, Senan Dormer, has appointed Eoin Coonan and Jonathan Spielberg as his Assistant Coaches. Jay Slevin is going to take up the role of Logistics Manager and Karen Brady will come on board as the team’s Strength and Conditioning coach.
The first trial opportunity will be at an indoor session in Firhouse Community Hall on Sunday 24th February from 1pm to 4pm, with additional outdoor trials to be held in March. Anyone who is interested should contact senan_dormer@yahoo.co.uk. All players looking to tryout, or any player who would just like to run some drills or blow off the cobwebs before the new season begins, are welcome. To help defray the cost we are asking for €5 per person to be used towards the hall.
