Well what a night we had celebrating the successes of the 2018 softball season.  Quite a number of Softball Ulster members made the trip to the Parador Inn on Saturday evening to attend the AGM and see our 2018 winners crowned.  Thank you to all who attended and to everyone who participated in the 2018, attended the AGM and voted for the MVP and Umpire of the Year awards.  Read on below to find out who the winners were on the night.

Most Valuable Female Player 2018 went to Elaine Barr from the Brawlers.

Most Valuable Male Player 2018 went to Dave Kelly from the Bangor Buccaneers.

Umpire of the Year 2018 went to Ian Walker (Cubby) from the Belfast Cubs (accepted here by team captain Chris Barr).

Third place in the 2018 Softball Ulster League, and bronze medals, went to the Belfast Sliders.

Second place in the 2018 Softball Ulster League, and silver medals, went to the Belfast Cubs.

And finally, winning the Softball Ulster League trophy in 2018, including a glut of gold medals, were the Brawlers.
